Small communities cannot outspend the big ones on ads, but they can own the map pack and their town’s searches. See Google Business Profile.
The Department of Social and Health Services licenses assisted living facilities under RCW 18.20 and WAC 388-78A. A facility that serves Medicaid residents also holds a DSHS contract: Assisted Living (AL), Enhanced Adult Residential Care (EARC), or Adult Residential Care (ARC). DSHS describes AL as personal care, intermittent nursing, and medication administration in private apartment-like units, EARC as adding enhanced care, and ARC as personal care only.
Families and case managers use these contract names. If you hold one, say so on your site.
It can, through the COPES waiver. DSHS’s residential services chapter says COPES clients may use AL and EARC settings, but not ARC.
If you accept COPES residents, a plain page about it brings in families and case managers other communities never hear from. See lead handling.
