Learn moreLarge and crowded. The CDC’s 2020 National Post-acute and Long-term Care Study estimated about 2,200 residential care communities in Florida with roughly 94,800 licensed beds, second only to California in capacity. That means more communities bidding on the same searches, so a family searching in your town sees a lot of choices before they see you.
The way through is the searches that are local and specific: “assisted living” plus your city, your county, or the care you offer. Those are won with a strong Google Business Profile and a page on your site built for each phrase, the core of our SEO and AI search work.
The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) licenses assisted living facilities under Chapter 429, Part I of the Florida Statutes. Every facility needs a standard license. Florida law also lists extended congregate care, limited nursing services, limited mental health, and memory care services as categories a license can carry.
Families notice these. An extended congregate care license lets residents age in place as their needs grow, and limited nursing services covers things like routine dressing changes. If your license carries one, your website and ads should say so in the same words the state uses, because families can check any facility on FloridaHealthFinder before they call.
It can. Florida covers assisted living services through the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Long-Term Care program, which AHCA administers. The Department of Children and Families decides financial eligibility, and the Department of Elder Affairs decides whether a person needs a nursing-facility level of care. Home and community-based services in the program depend on available funding.
Families search for this. If your community works with Long-Term Care plans, a plain-language page about it brings in families other communities never answer. We build those pages and send the calls to our lead handling team.
Yes. Everything we do runs remotely: the website, ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, and the calls to families. Where you are does not change how we work. See how it works.
Yes. If you hold an extended congregate care, limited nursing services, or other license category, we build pages and ads around it using the state’s terms, so families who need that care find you.
Yes, when your community takes Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care residents. We write the page in plain language and link to the state’s own information.
We don’t promise a specific number of leads, tours, rankings, or move-ins. We report honestly on every lead, tour, and move-in.
